1. 1997 1.4 honda civic ej9
2. 1999 Honda civic Jordan 1.6vti
3. 1999 ukdm Honda integra type r
4. 2004 Ep3 type r
5. 2005 Mitsubishi Evolution fq-340 ralliart edition

However after spending an arm and a aleg over the last few years i have decided to cool off on my cars and try and start some saving :) need a car to get back and to uni/work seeing the gf etc so went down to the auction and fell in love with this :)

I ended up buying a:

2004 Renault Clio 2.0l Sport

I have always had a soft spot for clios :p and when this came through the auction i wanted to get it. So ended up getting it for £3300 which i thought was a cracker of a price and a whole lot of car for the money :0

Been driving it the last few days and loved every minute, though i would miss my jap cars but im sad to say right now im not really, whether or not its the fact im saving money i dont know haha I plan on tinkering away on it as my brother starts to drive in december so the plans are:

1. straight threw centre section
2. new discs and pads all round
3. full service
4. lowering springs

And thats about it really :)

Hope yous like it :D :nice:

Look's very tidy! Do like the 182's. Problem I find though, is they fall apart, hope you get lucky!

Cool little car! How is it compared to your ek9 really? i know these are considered a worthy rival amongst the french lovers.

The facelift is the 182ps right? Nice car and could be a very nice track car too ;)

You kept that quiet dan i love clios owned a black sport my self lovely little cars n you got a bargain there bud shall see you in a week or so bud ;)

Haha you do make me chuckle jordan, sell a type R then get another quick car? crazy foo :D however nice choice and what a steal at that price!

Wait for the following to fail:

vvt pulley Will start knocking
climate control unit Will break
exhaust Will crumble away

Looks nice, ido like a nice 172/182

Just dont seem it as a money saving/cheap run around though :/

Congrats on the new car...and at such a good price. Personally...I'm not a fan of clios but that's just me. Have fun with it mate as I'm sure you will :nice:

Thats not a Car to be Buying if your 'Trying' to save Money.

Thats essentially a Money Pit.

Live and Learn ull be screaming for another Honda before long.

But then what do i know, i only work for Renault

wouldn't agree with that, your just narrow minded putting them all into the same category..

best of luck with the car dan and well wear:nice:

not narrow minded.
Talking form experience of clio's saxo's and other french cars.
My brother is also a panel beater and 15 yrs in the trade.
French cars crumble.
Good engines tho.

Good luck with the car mate
she looks tidy
