Getting there bud, have to get on track together, I'll show you the power of cheap brake discs lol
yeah getting there bro! and of course jess me and my bro booking combe for 22nd of feb i think.

its been a while since i last updated guys so here go's!

i have 3 weeks left till i have my liecence back thank god! the 9 is comeing along very nicely if i may say so :) got soo much love for this car its unreal,

i have since then picked up a spoon shift knob from Hendy performance and a rear set of original ek9 disc's also some EBC yellow stuff pads for the rear,
then had to get some Dixcel FP front disc's and Z type pads from burn motorsport with some Dixcel raceing 328 brake fluid (5.1),

got some 3mm spacers all round... but just affter january im going with all hard race bushings & adjustable camber arms's engine mounts etc :)

So the car came back from the paint shop today and got to say it looks amazing so fresh!

the rear interior fully striped out, re-sealed, wire tucked into the wings, front and rear bumpers repaired of dings and scratches, also bootlid and passanger door,
they also fully undersealed the car with some clear coat so its had Plentyyyy of underseal to last a while haa!

wheels going in affter christmas for a re-furb & powdercoated paint witch will set the whole car off once finished ! :)

i prob missed out a few other things but i will leave the Pictures do the talking :) have a good xmas!

Preping and stripping the interior...

had some rust removed from the boot lid and hinges and repaired and re-sealed,

bumpers finished and rest of the car polished :)

more to come affter xmas guys!

woah, looks great!

need to do that with my hatch hinges as well
It looks awsome man love it just hope stone chips stay away from my front bumper lol! Yeah my mate done most of the preping work on the car so he sorted the hinges and few bits and used a clear coat of underseal for the underneath✌️

just a little update guys,

js raceing 60rs full system orderd from japan!
coilovers and skunk2 alpha next,

brakes all fitted dixcel discs and z type pads on front and oem discs and yellow stuff on rear and really good stoping power! with some 3mm spacers,

a mate of mine resprayed my wheels but will do them again in time as im too fussy but they good good enough for now but no pics atm :(

cars currently back in the paintshop haveing a leak resealsed my boot was getting soaking with this bad weather! also 2x new rear tail light gasket's as there was a leak comeing from both:/
car should be water proof again by friday!

bought some acf-50 the stuff is great aint had much time or the weather to get it where i wont it! but hopefully the weather shapes up soon enough,

also good news iv had the chance to take the car for a proper drive as i got my liecence back and WOW! these cars are special the handling is mad and for a stock 185bhp car it sure flys! got sooo much more plan'd for it :) the love dont stop!

not the best pics as my phone is rubbish when the weather gets better il have some good pics to upload also some go-pro vids when i get the js raceing system, sorry to bore you goodnight guys :)

the shifter was worth every penny! amazing! only problem is when im in vtec it vibrates so much the top adjustable point losens its self think its normal anyway i just tighten it back up,

Very nice updates. Car looks super clean.

Where abouts in South Wales are you?

The car is mint! I have mine stripped in the back too and I'm going to get it resprayed. It looks quite well on yours! Nice spec and no corners being cut.! The J's exhaust should sound very well...loud with no interior ha

There you are back on here:D, thanks buddy! Yeah looks fresh and cleans the car right up if you ask me lol, and the side plastics will be going back in when the js gets fitted lool! Well see tho, hows the car?

SK1992, you're supposed to use THREAD LOCKER on the shifter adjustment screws! It tells you so in the instructions and it's very common to do so in these adjustable shifters. I have the exact same shifter. I drove with it for a day without thread locker because I was testing it. The car vibrates in general and the screws loosen up. After I applied thread locker, it has never ever loosen any bit for months and months now.

Take it back to your mate and tell him to finish the job off, he is bound to have thread locking liquid anyway.
