At the moment i'm not sure because i was given it. I will be purchasing a Garrett or similar in the near future...

Me and my dad spent friday afternoon and most of yesterday fitting my new Clifford alarm. We've done it in such a way it would be it will be a nightmare for us alone to remove it/disable it. It's loud and annoying as hell to when it goes off haha. I very much doubt anyone could steal it without the key whats in my pocket. :slap:

good work mate! Clifford alarm on mine and its been very good! they do look a nightmare to fit tho.

mate where did you get that gauge holder round the dials?

nice what clifford did you go for???

i went for the 650 dual zone, but i find its a bit to sensetive and it has to go off once a day just to remind everyone its there lol, it seems to be the bonnet sensor that is setting it off all the time.

anymore pics????

Its the model as yours mate... 650 concept. Have you taken a look at the bonnet switch ? Check/replace it, i'd imagine you could pick on up from ebay for next to nothing.

What did you want pictures of ? Engine bay ?

what a build will be great when done man great your doing it yourself aswell

Thank you :thanks:

just wondering if there was any new pics of the engine, or is it not back from the workshop?

Nah, it's still there mate. I'm going to call them this morning :nice:

Machine shop work

-Chase Con Rod threads
-Polish crank journals
-Rod big ends checked for roundness
-Crack test crank, rods and rod bolts
-Grind side of rod small ends to fit Mahle pistons
-Check rods are straight
-Lighten flywheel
-Balance rotating assembly
-Balance rods & pistons
-Install Darton flanged sleeves and rebore (Piston to wall clearance .0035)
-Fit valve guides
-3 angle valve job
-CC combustion chambers
-Open valve throats
-Skim block & head

I had the main line checked for straightness and the main bearing bores checked for roundness with the ARP main studs installed (& torqued to stock spec). Both of these were fine so no line hone was needed.

I had a issue with a few rods been slightly bent (its a good job i had them check). They were out .005 from top to bottom (*note not twisted*)
