Yeh I bought one from ebay and received the instructions. Here they are from my email;
Instructions to replace RECARO bolster foam:
It is possible to change the outboard bolster whilst the seat is still in the vehicle however it is made easier if the seat is removed. I would certainly recommend the seat be removed if you are changing the inboard side. The bolster covers are retained in place using either a metal rod or plastic extrusion stitched into the edge of the cover which attach to small hooks on the seat frame. There will be a length of on both the underside of the seat and on the inside between the centre fabric and the bolster. Starting from the front of the seat, carefully release the wire or plastic strip from the hooks. Release just enough to allow about 2/3rds of the cover to be removed. This should expose the main body of the foam bolster which can now be carefully pulled out. The new foam can be offered into position. If positioning of the foam is difficult, remove more of the wire or plastic strip from the hooks. The original cover can now be rolled back into position and fastened back in place. You may need to gently massage the cover and foam to remove any irregular tension in the cover.
Goodluck!!! I haven't had time to do mine yet. Sounds like you have to take out the seats.
