It's now time to renew my rear discs and pads, as I use the car for the occasional trackday what can you guys recommend me? I plan on upgrading the fronts to wilwoods in the near future, so I want something that looks and performs similar without breaking the bank.

I use dixcel slotted on the rear with ferodo ds2500 pads. This setup would be more than capable for the odd track day :)

I bought mine from a guy on these forums, I think he has changed his name to dixcel brakes. It's a guy called Martin iirc.

If you're thinking of going for the Wilwoods up front, why not go for the full front and rear kit with braided hoses I've got for sale.
Save you over £100 in total.
If not I can supply grooved rear discs for £60.00 delivered. I'll look into the pads tomorrow if you want?

If Freaky parts had a number of sales for a set of rear brake discs, would there be a possibility of a bit of a discount......im looking for a set of rear brake discs as well ;)

You name the pad, and I can probably get it :)
Price above is uk shipping, just in case anyone wondered...

The rears aint really important for your application. Just dont get any drilled or grooved discs as they are worse than plain ones.

Yellowstuffs would be £53.00 delivered. but it'd still be cheaper to buy the whole kit ;)

I am very tempted in the kit, but i just dont have the funds at the moment
