Is it safe to put new holes into a disc?
I found a well priced brake setup, but its from an EK 4x100, I have 4x114 (96 Spec ITR)

This has been done before, and I think that its "safe" to do it (for street use), check out this photos: (they re-drill then to 4x100)

This is a "mod" I'll never do, I prefer to be safe! Specially if you do track days with your car... Is up to you

Course its safe

My friend is Running 300mm Discs on his ITR that he had Drilled, he uses it on track aswell and they are perfect.

i cant see how it would make the disc any less strong if drilled correctly

If you need them redrilled i can do them at a very good price for you mate.

I am a fully qualified mechanical engineer with 8 years experience and fully qualified machinist.

Easy job and imo very safe. Wheels often have more holes drilled into them?

perfectly safe, seen it done a few times with no probs.

some discs on modern cars have 10 holes in them anyway.
