Passenger Side Torque Mount

Need a Passenger side torque mount for my ek9, must be in decent condition. If its slightly torn i dont mind.

Have one here,bit torn but i can fill it with aircraft spec sealant in work if you want to make it last,pm me if interested

Do these toque mounts make much difference to the overall stiffness of the engine mounting? I notice a lot of people remove them all together...

These seem to be a week point in design,every ek civic i have checked in past the mount has been knackered! Even one with 23k on it.not sure on what it would be like if you omit them tbh,i fitted hardrace kit recently and they make engine very 'tight'
