Hey lads, looking at a few different wheels.

Just wondering if 15x7 +35 offset would be okay?

Or would I be better going for the 16x7 +43?

Cheers.

You would be better sticking to your CE28N's whatever they are :(

+35 will give you grief on the rear arches if the car is lowered and the arches aren't rolled

what is the best offset for a 15inch rim. assuming its decked lol:D

X2. I have been wondering this myself

Well, My wheels are +38 and I have camber adjusters, I run 195/50/15 tyres and the least camber i can get away with without fouling the arch's is around -2.7 degree's.

I had the camber set to 0 degrees today and if the arch hit wheel, it would have been a disaster lol.

It's all about the camber you want to run, if you want to run that setup with virtually no negative camber you need your arch's rolled.

In answer to your question.

I would say you would be safe upto +37 possibly +36 on an oem car slammed on coilovers without messing with camber, more if you have camber adjusters and want more camber to tuck a lower offset :p.

My front with +38 doesn't touch the arch liner's and i'm pretty low.

im only lowered approx 45mm and my rsz rims with et35 aint even rub on anything!
luck of the draw really with the different brands of rims i suppose.

My vote goes for +42 , whats the experts opinions?

:drive:

from what i can gather it does have a lot to do with the wheel itself, the ones im lookin at are Regas and Te37's.. so 35-45 seems to be a safe bet
