ive have been so busy on sunday trying to get the 9 on the road. heres my progress

firstly i picked up some new parts thanks to simon at hendyperformance cracking prices and great service.

oem stuff is a must not worth buying cheap e.g clutches belts ect

then me and a mate gave the block a refurb

Mate, that's not a true 2.5" exhaust system, that's a shocking job of an exhaust, I wud take that back to whoever done it, kinda glad I wasn't able to buy this.
 
why is the engine block red, then the gearbox is silver... looks kinda off IMO :(
 
Mate as I've said before I want to have a one off car and if I sprayed it silver then it's the same as everyone else I like to be differnt e.g use my own ideas it actually goes really well I think

Tbh m8 I never noticed this wait till I get it on the road I'll be taking it back to were it came from trust me.
 
also all the bends should be the 2.5" diameter this isnt, that will be restrictive aswell. Defo go and see him, especially if you paid alot of cash for it

I'll delete the for sale thread now pointless selling it now.
 
Just be sure that the exhaust is properly built up next time. I spent money in this area on my project and got a 3" skunk2 RR kit, done and done! But man is it loud.
 
My ek9 is now forsale if anyones intrested drop me a pm
 
Postman delivered some goodies bi xenons,broadway mirrior and a rad stay. i also finished my engine off at the same time i must say runs sweet as nut just waiting on a new ecu and a slave cylinder for the clutch.
