UPDATE... New engine thanks to Shandow top bloke. Currently
In the process painting the engine. Also waiting on clutch, fanbelt pas belt rocker gasket, gearbox oil, oil filter oil and coolent.
I have also put bc coilovers on the car. So it looks like I'm gonna be going to south mimms after all

Here is pics of what ive been up to.
firstly after hours of scrating my head on what it could be got the head and cams checked and they wasent the cause. honda said the heads is fine except the vtec lifters are a bit worn but not a major issue cams had absolutly no damage on, all valves were fine ect. so i then started to take the bottom end a part and found that the was 2 bearings spun piston 3 and 4. I then went in hunt to find a new engine
Then i brought some bc coilovers still in need of lowering havent yet done it because of i just dont see the point yet as i still have to put the engine in.

Then i was on the hunt for a low millage engine and came across this beauti millage only 105k its a b16b . i also picked up a mint vsm facelift grill and a spare wheel as im putting all the interior back in.
Then me and a mate gave the engine a makeover.
Im currently waiting on fluids,clutch and belts hopfully the car will be on the road this weekend. im foing to spray the bottom end red this weekend aswell. as the body so clean i decided i want the engine bay just as mint thanks for reading my updates more to come....

Not long now.
Cheers dan. I use maguriers then after that ice liquid polish do that to every panel and u get a super shine.
Those valves look filthy is that from the exhaust side? I recently polished and seated my valves, it certainly tells you a lot about your engine, for example one cylinder was more coked up than the others suggesting the injector maybe be gone due to over fueling
