ehm not too sure but if I had to guess i'd say yes. The number of people complaining about insurance price about a month or so ago was mental. So probably relaxed a bit. it'll still an absolute fortune though :angry: :(
 
i'm just trying to get quotes just know, looking to get a ek9 shortly, i'm from around the glasgow area so hopefully these sites mentioned will help

sucks, i bought mines at 19 and i was paying 800 quid for the year.
 
:lol: i couldnt bring my self to pay that much! i found elephant pretty cheap,

i dont know what it is with them they wanted like £1300 or £1400 quid for a jdm dc2 except they insure me on my ek9 for what must be about £800ish

( not sure on the exact price, it was 700 for my old 3 series then i had to pay an extra 67 quid!)

im 21 no ncbs a £10k claim against me h22 civic with a 230bhp limit all mods declared £2400 tpft... I can insure an m3 for £2800... But mines quicker ;) lol
 
you've all got it good, im nearly 17, got a quote for a 1.2 fiesta (i think it was 1.2) and it was £5700

for a 1.5civic i was getting £17000 :/
 
well i think my insurance is pretty good now then. i'm 24 got my 9 bout 6 weeks ago and my insurance is 856 fully comp
 
Had my ek9 for about 4 years, at first was around £800 when I was 25 and at 29 went down to 640 with all mods.
 
WTF your all Lucky b*****ds! I am 20, 1yr NCB £1500 on a mofo ej9! I am definatley doing something wrong!
 
It's funny to see all the different insurance premiums; some members appear to have insanely cheap insurance at a *young* age. I'm 2500/Yr on a 1.4 EJ9 Civic 1 years no claims all mods declared age/18. I'm seeing 19 year old's with 1 year no claims with insurance premiums of £1500-2000 on Ek9's. The Cheapest quote I personally got on a 1.6/EK was £5000+ share your tips please I clearly must be doing something wrong haha
 
Ave just turned 19 on admiral costs £1300 on my EJ9 Fully Comp with Admiral i have no accidents but also havent got any no claims as i was under my mums insurance to start with lol
 
Im 17 with a 99 EJ6 getting built to be a replica ek9 here in the states. The latest for my car to be on the road could be up to 5 months.. I can only think of how high my insurance will be.

flol do you live in bagdad or something? 17k for a 1.5 civic?

im 21 and im just under 1k on my ek9.
 
Eh who you with Firas? Im 20, and for my Ek4 its something like 1400, although my excess is low?
 
19 2 years no claims on my ek9 is 1000 euro for the year just got my renual in the post the other day delighted :D
 
i once got quoted £100,000 for a ek9! lol at least it included a cover car!
 
im old now well 27 lol and i pay £610 on my evo 5, £640 on my s15 and £590 on my eg6 nt too bad i guess lol
