Can't go wrong with a K-teg! Are you planning on upgrading your brakes? If so, i'm interested in buying your 96 spec front calipers..

Few bits this week, got the manifold in today, got some hoses sorted for power steering and radiator, just waiting on 52" aux belt to arrive, bit of wiring and should get it running the weekend, need to order a backbox now and get a b pipe made up :nice:
 
Couple of updates. The Private label K-series Tri-Y header arrived, impressed with quality of this manifold now lets hope it performs well!

Serious build there lads! Some updates since I seen it last, should be some machine when it's finished!!
 
Taught i'd update thread as car is almost complete. Engine is up and running just needs catback modified to fit, breather for rocker cover and then it's on to mapping the Hondata Kpro ecu:nice:

Been out in this all evening lol epic machine:win:, got a HKS catback, sounds good and not overly loud, its a daily driver after all, Really need new tyres, the pirelli p5000's are already starting to **** themselves :lol: massive thanks to Aonghus for all the hard work! Oil change tomorrow and its evo hunting timeee :drive:
 
k20 makes a massive difference to the older gen tegs and civics really is under estimated the difference !

Friend has a couple on his phone alright ill have to get, yea im leaving it a standard as possible looks wise.

Got a road map last night from vtec6000, big improvment in torque and power! Just need to get a larger b-pipe and then a proper map in a few weeks
 
nice build lad, bit of a sleeper, ;) whats the reg, of the cl1 you had? that looks like it could b mine jus bought it a few months ago, ;)
 
great to see it out on the road! didn't take too long to do the whole thing! fair play guys. Looks like it goes really well too for just being a road map! Hats off!

Yea compared to a quick 98 spec teg it was 10+ lengths ahead :nice: 3" b pipe and some dyno time should get more from it
