Alright Chaps, long time no see!

Sold my EK9 about 18 months ago now :(( would have another one in a second but i bought a house :woot:

So after 6 months or so of driving an old Peugeot 405 (which to be fair i loved every second of it) i needed something quick again.

Got myself this Accord Type R

its pretty nice to drive!

BC Coilovers
2.5" custom exhaust with a single exit which IMO makes a refreshing chnge on the accords
a few other bits and pieces aswell

Not really got much plans for it as i dont know how much longer im going to be keeping it, looking at my Old car again has me wanting another EK, whether or not i will or could find one that would match the old one is another matter! :blabla: but if i keep it over winter i may end up spending a bit of money on it! :)

Accord is cool dunsy

You should get a yellow 9er and do another build cause your ek9 was an absolute beast

looks real nice dunsy :) never driven one before but heard there quite different to the 9s

problem is once u have owned a 9 like yours u will always have the urge to go back to it mate

looks like a good one! strange to see one with only one exhaust tip too! :)

I like these mate, nice buy! pretty big and comfy but with some power aswell :p

Nice Accord bud! Im sure ive seen this on the Accord R forum. Ive been thinking of getting one as a daily driver. What are they like compared to EK's? I take it the feel alot bigger and heavier etc?

Good to have you back man :D

Cars lookin well, nice to see your still good with the old camera as well ;)

sweet ross must be nice to behind the wheel of a type r again.. you should checkout martins accrod, is very quick they can be very impressive when setup right

Nice ATR mate, looks clean. Definitely one of my favs. :p

haha Cheers guys!

Martin Who matt? yeah its good to be back in a hondoo, did kind of miss the rattles from the interior! lol

I dont think il be stripping this out and tracking it, although the thought did cross my mind for a split second :)) but i like it, its nice to drive and it pulls so well in Vtec, Exact same power figures as my EK9 aswell haha. But very different to drive obviously.

The mileage is a bit higher on this but still below average and it is really clean! It needs a good Valet but that wont happen until after the winter now

Cheers for the comments :D

Very nice ATR, seen this about a few times! not many clean ones about. My mate Andy who works in Gullane butchers has a red one with BC coilovers that is very clean and my mate has had a race with a psycho in a silver ATR down the gullane/aberlady road with double exit exhausts a few times. Seen it about a few times too.

Nice motor! Wouldn't mind one of these myself as the family car, will be a while before I can afford to put the missus on the insurance though! :(
