LCA Choice?

well i did a set on an ej6 before and it was pretty straight forward.. just needed to put a block of wood under the lca in the middle after boltin into the frame and bottom of the shock to get it up enough to slide the bolt into the last hole on the stub... sholudnt be much different on the ek9.. hope the helps.. wouldnt imagine u'll run into too many probs with it..

thanks alot for that mate,

unfotunatley the bolt was soo tight it snapped inside the hub so needs to be drilled out :angry2:

^ Common problem unfortunately.. My EK4 was off the road for a week after attempting to fit LCA's due to a seized bolt :(

has anybody got d2 rear arms (lca)or know anythin about them good bad

Hey,

Cheers chaps!

Ive only had them on for around 3 weeks now so only time will tell how well the bushes hold up,

They are made of aluminium but not soo much lighter then OEM to be honest, But overall quality is very fair.

I got them from a seller from Ebay. I think he may have a few sets as ive seen them advertised on other occasions too :nice:

Standard rear LCA's rebushed with Hardrace bushes for me :p Takes very little effort to do, i did mine with various sockets as drifts and a vice, prefer the less blingy look too :)
