Hi guys,

just after some advice if you can help me :D

My Band have been offered a 10 day tour in Indonesia :))

we will play in 10 different venue in 10 diferent cities, start from jakarta, and end at Jogjakarta,

just wandered if any of the members on here were from any of these places or form Indo in general.

Know a few people who have been travelling there including my younger brother but mainly they went to tourist parts and not the cities.

ANY Help at all would be awesome. Tour would be in August.
 
Hey there Topher. Im from Jakarta but currently studying in the states. PROBABLY wont get back home until next year. Its good to hear that youre playing a music tour there, what kind of advice would you like?
Whats the name of the band if I may know? And also it would be a blast if we have a meet and talk about cars tho (esp. Civics) :D

Mainly after advice about the country in general. We're a Pop Punk band, Is that style quite big over there ?

Hmm I think pop punk is quite popular over there, the last time I went to a pop punk concert it was very crowded :D
I dont know much about any other cities than Jakarta but do you have a plan going to Bandung? Its near Jakarta and all i know is that people like punk bands over there.
I'll check the fb page after i got home and yeah, good luck on that man :D

Dont forget to visit Bali for a vacation if you have time, it's a realy good place :D

From what i hear one of the dates is the RIPCURL Festival in Bali :D
 
Hey dude your kind of music is big in south east asia, only tip i got is enjoy yourself but research and respect thier traditions and religions and dont go acting like a yob, spitting and urinating will get you in BIG trouble. Im from not far from there (Thailand) but im guessing its pretty similar :)
