Importing and selling parts????

I'm thinking of starting to import and sell Honda parts, how do I go about doing this? Do I have to register with something and is there much money in it?
 
From the way you've worded your question(s), I think you should steer clear of taking it up as a business proposition.

If you had the drive and determination to follow something like this through, I very much doubt you'd be on a forum asking the questions you have...

Just my 2 cents anyway

far more complicated than you think, your best off just asking someone who already imoprts stuff for you , iscar can get you anything if you sign up with them, but you woudl be very surprised how expensive things get by teh time they reach your door. not to mention how long it all takes,,
 
there's also the problem of when the tax man comes to your door looking money for a load of different reasons: import taxes is just one of them, also keeping records of your transactions, money in/out etc and keeping your cashflow high enough to finish existing orders and start new ones. lots of work in it. :nerv:
 
I agree there are lot's of hidden charges taxes storage agent fees commission etc
 
agreed, if you have to ask such basic questions, your not ready.
 
Was just a thought that's all sorry if the questions were abit vague but in rubbish at wording questions lol, but thanks for the answers anyways :nice:

this sort of industry relies on one thing and one thing only,,,

disposable income,,

which at the moment is few and far between aswell as hard to come by,,
