I agree. There's no standard maps on it for an itr or ctr so it could be a great help to people or if people have the same mods it would give them a close map.
IMO its not a good idea. Even if you have the exact same spec on two cars running the same engine you cannot assume the custom map done for car 1 will be right for car 2 there is to many variables involved and you would be running the risk of damaging your engine from using a map not done specifically for your car. Do yourself a favour and get it tuned for your setup by a competent tuner.

I wouldn't drive it, after you have spent good money on the engine, its too easy to do some lasting damage. Speak to your tuner see what he recommends. Its not too expensive to get the car delivered there is a guy Kris! on here who uses / recommends a car transport company in your neck of the woods, if I find it will post up.
Ideally with any new build you should map it from the first start especially when large injectors are fitted which will need to be scaled otherwise it may over fuel badly and you could end up washing the bores which will not help the initial bedding in of your rings.
Ah right. Cool.
Well basically, I have bought a ready built engine but it has a piston slap issue (spec -
JDM B18C BLOCK BORED TO 81.5mm (0.5mm overbore)
MICROPOLISHED AND BALANCED CRANKSHAFT
C.P 12-5-1 HIGH COMP PISTONS
EAGLE H-BEAM RODS
OEM HONDA HEADGASKET
ARP HEAD STUDS
ARP CON ROD BOLTS
CYLINDER HEAD:
B18C TYPE R CYLINDER HEAD
FULLY STRIPPED CLEANED, PRESSURE TESTED
PORT AND POLISH JOB
TYPE R VALVES
TYPE R SPRINGS/RETAINERS
BLOX TUNER STAGE 3 CAMSHAFTS
SKUNK 2 PRO ADJUSTABLE CAM GEARS
SKUNK 2 PRO INTAKE MANIFOLD (PORTED TO MATCH T/B)
BLOX 76mm THROTTLE BODY
MAGNECORE KV COMPETITION HT LEADS
POLISHED ROCKER COVER WITH CAM PULLEY CUT OUT (LOOK AMAZING)
COMP-TECH U.S.A. 4-2-1 HEADER
ITR INJECTORS.
I am getting my b16b block that I have re-bored to 81.5mm. I am using standard b18c injectors so hopefully wont be a problem. I have a hondata s300 obd2b presocketed on the way and skunk2 springs and retainers.
I will be using standard facelift ek9 harness with obd2a injectors, just wandering if you know they'll work?
Sorry bout noob questions. My first b series build.
Thanks,
Gar
I know what you mean. It was a bargain so if any bits will not work, please feel free to come up with some suggestions. Your advice would be well appreciated. It was mapped on a ectune p28 ecu with previous owner and made 231bhp with piston slap issue

What injectors would you suggest?
Cheers
Thanks man. I will certainly look into it. Do u think that 76mm t/b is too big then? Didnt think the tuner 3's were meant to be that bad compared to pro stage 3?
