HELP!?! Fixing crashed EK9

Good news, i have ordered the headlights from Honda for £160 and they will be here tmr from belgium! The parts guy wasn't too sure if they are gonna be black like the JDM ones so i'll have to see tmr!

AC rad also ordered from Jap Performance parts £60

All i need now is the bumper and splitter!

I think the EK4 bumpers from like normal civic is the same. it is only the splitter that is different?

then you can get a mugen front spoiler!

and then only need the EK9 to complete it.

Vtec, thanks for this! I've got most of all the front end, i brought the whole front end from a rear crashed honda from scrap yard for £250 which includes both wings, slam panet, etc, just need to get the parts to make it look like a CTR again!

All i need now is:

AC rad - probs from Jap Performance Parts
Headlights - will find out at Honda in the morning
Bumper - .... ain't got a clue where from or if i should get a'market
Grill - probs funky power on ebay

Also i've got an Rad from a Civic 1.6VTI, would that be same as CTR, looks the same just different color? Would they work the same?

A vti radiator will work fine mate

They will be black mate because if they had ordered ek4 vti lights by mistake they would have cost around a £140 each because of the adjustable light projector on the uk vti ,so you'll be fine mate

I am not 100% sure, the AC condenser doesn't have a fan. it is the radiator which has the fan?

the AC condenser sits infront of the radiator.

I've just been searching on ebay, and i'm looking for the front grill, is there much difference in the USA EK9 grill compared to the JDM one?

Tried to post up links but wouldn't let me post on the thread!

Don't look @ the Ebay Grill...there is no USA EK9 here...EK9 only able in Japan or other right hand drive country...the ebay one fit so bad

Thanks Snow, what do u think of the Grill from Funky power, they say theirs if JDM same one as the one from factory? Theirs is £40 (£15 p&p)

I got a quote from Honda dealers for the grill and they want £65 with all the bolts too!

For the extra money just get the honda 1 mate it'll be better quality

I've got the headlights already now! Got them from Honda, looks so nice!

Just need the fan for ac rad, the front grill and front bumper! Got a quote from Honda for all the parts:

Ac Rad 'Fan' - £220

Front Grill - £60

Front bumper - £295

Front Splitter - £90

But funky power can do the front grill for £40, i think their genuine too!

Got my wheels in the morning, gonna put them on my mates silver EK9 1st, will pop up some pics tmr!

My new wheels arrived today! Opened them up and the looked sweet! I've put the wheels on my mates EK9 so that i can use his ones while mines being repaired! What do ya think?...

Later on the same day, i went to drop off my mates car back to him, and he parked it up, 2 hours later, he heres screeching and BANG!!.... a Starlet Turbo smashed into the back of the EK9 and the EK9 smasked into a fiesta that was doing a 3 point turn in front of the EK9!
