Your using your neck to pull your self up hense the aching place each hand on each ear and stare at one place in the ceiling using a excersize ball I the best you can do for your core if that makes sense because you are using your balance which is putting pressure on your abs so you only make lil movements and this does not effect your back or neck!!
Yeah I do that but after 2 sets of 40 (3 different types) it starts to ache
You think it is just because my abs arnt able to do much more?
