Genuine VTiS owners

hey guys and girls. i dont post up much on here, just seem to come on check the members rides.. get jealous of all the ek9's and bugger off in a huff lol.

anyways im matty, and i own a genuine vti-s. i have started a small group on facebook hoping to hunt down and find as many vti-s owners as i can. so far just over night, i have found 5 :) witch is a good start. so if anyone knows of a guy or gal that has a genuine vti-s then heres the link to the group and id love for them to join up.


im sorry if this is against the forum rules to post up a link to a group etc but its the only way i can think of getting the attention of the owners.

no its not just the ek4 version the mb and areodeck versions aswell :) anyone is welcome i would just love to know how many there is out there and to finally find a few more of a rare civic.

i used to won a mb6 one but sold it back to my mate, think some guy near ayr has it now. was a very nice car while i had it

Your safe since its only facebook, but when in doubt it is best to contact a mod first before posting :nice:
 
post your pics up of VTI-S' - i used to have one 98 R reg sold it to a chap from NI.

wouldn't mind a genuine one but its hard to find a tidy example
 
i had the mb6 model, then i had a red vti-s ek4 but even though it said vti-s on the V5 i know its not a proper one, below is a pic of my mb6, i dont think the owner will be on any forum so i'll put the car up for him.

Had an MB6 VtiS but it was UK reg'd and nedded alot of work for me to get it throught test to register it on the isle of man so it was stripped for spares.

Theses are one of the biggest gold mines you can find as i got it for £100 off a mate. Big brake settup, LSD box and an nice B18C4 which is now rebuilt with JDM R interanls and having an ITR head fitted this week ready to swap out my B16a.

Im awaiting confirmation on FB and il post pics of it before the strip and during lol

by the way...real ones are black, have bumper lips and gearnobs and carpets...honda mucked up the docs so many non-VTi-S' register as S'...and vice versa...mines a genuine one but only logged as a VTi!

Correct, sounds like honda messed up loads of the paperwork, mine is down as a VTI-S but its down as the D series engine. :nono:

Aslo - Mid boot spolier and Chrono speedline alloys
 
jordans are vti only, vtis ek's are starlight black, R plate only and with the front and rear lips and mid spoiler. also they had speedline alloys. when i looked at my docs it was down as a d16-a2 oddly enough. i phoned the dvla who then told me to write the correct engine number and model on the log book and then i recieved it back with it shown vtis B16-a2. simples
