Engine Seem like Dying

my idling seems like it want to die everytime it idles at 500 and everytime i try to adjust my distributor or see if the idle well stay put so once i adjust the distributor the idle will be at 900 and then once i drive it and stop it will go back to idling at 500 and i hear some noise in the motor.

Do you think i need to adjust my valve and had it done once but im sure the people that was doing didnt do a good job cause after they did my valve adjustment for me it felt weak.

Its not the IACV its brand new and my car its a OBD2A please help i dont want to waste cash doing unnecessary change to the motor.:thanks:
 
Is the motor tappy sounding when running? If there is excess clearance on the valves then it will be tappy and need valve clearance re-adjusted. Does it have the low idle problem when cold and hot?

yes it does have a tapping sound when engine is running and yes it idling at 500 when hot and when i start the car it will just go up to 1300rpm and it will drop back down really fast to 500 and my whole car shakes.

So basically I do Need too Adjust my Valve again?

Best to probably have the valve clearances checked again if your not
confident with who ever done it first time. Can you plug your iacv out while car is running and see does it idle the same or engine cuts out, I'm not convinced your iacv is operating correctly.
