EK9 'turbo' possibly breaking

Just though I'd throw this up, currently thinking on breaking my 'not so boosted EK9'
Would anyone be interested in any parts if i put a list of parts up? For those who know my car.....
Thought I'd ask here before I made a for sale thread.

After all that's gone on with it I have lost all faith in tuners and have no interest in the car anymore which is a shame.

Sorry if I can't post this here just didn't want to waste anyone's time doing a big thread if there's no interest !!

What exhaust does it have?

You breaking the whole car or the boosted bits/modifications?
Price on the whole car?
 
Everything, Inbox me mate only bits missing is the manifold and turbo!
So everything else is still good

It's a right pain, use to be my pride and joy and now I just look at it and think why did I bother
 
Could you not break the boosted bits, buy someone's b18c6(hint!) then sell as b18 ek9, you'll get 5k easy enough for it as a whole car.
 
Just pm'd you. Was about keeping the car etc not about engines, only just seen this lol
 
this is the 3rd ek9 i know now that has been broken shortly after a visit from racetech ffs

I'm trying to help/convince him otherwise. Be a shame to see the car broken for parts.

Me too. Even contemplating buying from him to keep it whole lol
He needs someone decent to go and help him out instead of all this hassle.
 
Aye he's helping me out and offered to map it 'when' I get my stuff back! He is convincing me to keep it......

I'd go for a more simple turbo(no "special" internals) and probably a log type mani just for reliability, would only need a minor exhaust change to suit and you'd have a much more reliable car for it.
Does the racetech mani have a brace? Or come with a turbo - block brace to hold the weight?
 
I am thinking about doing that, my mates a fabricator so he could sort it! Nope no braces or anything
