ek9.org track day

I'd be up for it...

I'd suggest Cadwell, Oulton or maybe Donington if not too pricey.

Brands isn't that expensive, I think it was only £99 in December!

Keen for this though. Someone man up and pick a date. Call it May time though as I'm booked up til then :p

I'd be game for Cadwell sometime on or after May, Or anywhere else that was agreed and decent really.

Me and a few friends are at brands on april 13th. Well we haven't book it yet but it's happening.
Not sure everyone's cars will be ready for then?

Think brands is out the question for me, £200 in April and over 300 miles away! Danny I don't think you'd ever get a day there for £99 in the summer sadly
Somewhere like Cadwell is still 3 hours from me but it's a lot less money in total lol, I don't mind driving but brands is a long way for a lot of money.

I don't think I'd drive much more than 3-4hrs really and at that I'd probably book a room for the evening before, Hate driving all morning to trackdays, I like giving both the car and myself a decent rest before hand :nice:

Cadwell 28th of May anyone?

Defo appreciate the distance you'd have to travel for that. Like me coming up to your way really and I'm not sure I'd like that. Not like going to the ring is it lol
I think no one wants to commit yet because of builds etc and possible problems. I don't want to commit and not get time off work but it's going to take someone lol

Croft!!!!
Only 45mins from me :)

Maybe all meet at the HOT day at croft which I think is 3rd July

Only track up here is croft, the rest are all midlands so shouldnt be as much as 5 hours for you

everywhere suggested is to far for me unfortunately

Seems not many are keen to travel to much

If I had the funds and if I my car was prepared for track the way I want it, I'd love to do a track day at Cadwell Park. I wouldn't mind traveling the night before, staying in a hotel, track the following morning, and drive back up to Glasgow the same day.

Maybe later in the year. Certainly something I'll keep in mind for the future :nice:

All the best sorting this @jesse888 and @nicole_ - hope this goes ahead for you guys!

I reckon I could be doing Croft again indeed @nicole_ , really enjoyed that track! Mix between high speed sections and technical's, It was a good balance! Need 888's on this time though.

This always happens. I once did a trackday at Llandow with TGTT, it is 8hours drive and 500 miles. I drove there, razzed around the track and drove home. Some folk were moaning about traveling 2 hours!
It was a good day out!

Think it was 102 or 105dB last time we were there, I have a Mugen TL, So never thought about these restrictions.

As far as I knew they have very few 'noisey' days there due to moaning neighbours/council etc. Thet are usully 98db.. or where when I last looked into it. I would possibly scrape 98db static but will ping the drive-by easily... 3" systems are noisey!

I've always found croft really accommodating. They tell you when to space out or let off to help keep the noise levels down so they don't get into trouble rather than sending you home. Think there's quite a few noisy days there this year :)

I'm happy to travel, I don't mind staying in a hotel. I just don't wanna pay for hotel and fuel and then for a really expensive track on top lol

@Saqib I'd like a knockhill day sometime this year if it isn't a crazy hot hatch weekend date.

8 hours is a hell of a trip,
I would be delighted to be able to reach any track in 2 hours, all the closest are 3-4 hours. The likes of croft etc are 7-8 hours away
