Me and Jesse have had this idea since last year, so thought it might be worth sticking a thread up for some suggestions/ideas on dates and venue.....
I realise we're all over the country but I don't mind travelling and I'm sure others wouldn't :)

My car won't be on the road till April really so looking some time after then. Gives people a bit of notice though for time off etc :)

So any ideas, possible dates?

I love Cadwell, but I'm happy to try somewhere new.
Oulton is high on my list this year...
Want to give Anglesey a go, possibly snetterton.
Would love brands but dont love the price tag

Basically I'm open to suggestions.. lol
 
Been itching for donnington for ages, pretty central in the country aswell.
Brands GP is another one im itching for but that's stupid money and hard to get dates.

Yeah donny is expensive, think because I live down here where tracks are expensive I'm used paying it.
 
Not sure how much snett 300 is? Bedford is a good starter track for novice members, although low noise limits which sucks.
 
just had a quick look, a day in June at snett for £160, not too bad for a summer track day. some nice long straights for boost too haha
 
Depends on dates really, I work a rota so might have to take leave for it.
 
Me and a few of my honda friends are doing silverstone March 22nd of anyone is keen
 
I will be at oulton tues 24th feb. Unsure how much actual racing I will do this year...I get the keys to my new house this month and havent sold my old one yet - skint.
Up for tds though!
 
What I would suggest is this:-
On vx220.org we had a trackday every year...we would usually over subscribe Anglesey.
This year it went to vote and was chaos!
Youre probably just better picking somewhere and a date. :)
 
Could be an idea, yearly thing like japfest etc but our own ek9.org track event.
I do think a central location in the country is important, too far south and you'll get no northern members and vice-versa. Seems to have gotten afew responses so far. No doubt once afew of us are signed up to an event interest will grow.
 
Think it's abit far to come for some, esp as its only 3 hours track time.
Perfect for me though, 5mins from my house.

Be great if we could manage it. Doubt we could gather that much interest to fill the whole day.

Snet looks good to me. Got high noise limits!
 
Just realised I'm on holiday beginning of june. So don't go then!
 
I'd be interested in bringing my dc2 just let me know what circuit and date :)
 
I want to go too Anglesey, Brands hatch and Oulton park sometime this year so be interested in any of them!

Mallory park is quite fun and middle-ish
