Is the product as good as meguiars?

Me & a friend was thinking of getting these few weeks ago but wasn't sure if the product will be as good as meguiars.
 
The Dodo Juice products are very good I highly recommend there waxes.
 
Apparantly they are about as good as detailing stuff gets, without spending a silly amount of money
 
Yes they do one called Mellow Yellow. We can order some if you're interested

i use the DODO shampoo so went onto your site and proceeded to buy as it was good deal.........then stopped as the postage to northern ireland was
£10.99 or so :shocked:(500ml bottle)

now we are listed as part of UK so postage via royalmail/parcelforce is a flat rate,i know you use your own mainland based couriers and that what pushes the rate up for NI but i think you are losing out on business this side of the water due to this.
if you used royalmail for this area i think you would do ok tbh.
not telling you how to run your business in any way but i know of lots of people who have went to buy until they get to the postage part and stop.

that item i listed would be approx £3 posted to me hence my rant :nice:

We've tried using the Royal Mail and because of the poor service we've received we stopped. A rep came out to see us, it all sounded good, until they realised that we sent oils and liquids (I thought the name may have given that away). The prices they offered to us for the mainland were no better than Fed Ex, but the service was not as good and they said that they would not be prepared to carry oils to NI and all European destinations. As we do send oil, they assume that all the things we send are oil, so they won't cover us if anything gets damaged.

For one bottle of 500ml, the shipping is expensive to you, but if you ordered more, the price per bottle comes down a lot, in comparison

we are also currently working to get better courier prices, especially for the likes of Ireland. Looks like something is coming together, but it will still be worth buying a tub of oil at the same time to fill up your "quota" as it were.

yes i think it would be a good idea to sort a cheaper way for likes of over here.
this is "northern ireland" and part of UK but only royalmail/parcelforce carry a "flat rate" and most others bump the prices up which is understandable for smaller companys etc.
costs me a fortune to send parts 50 mile away to "southern ireland" as its classed as "EU" :angry2:

Thats a nice discount on Dodo stuff!

I have pretty much everything they sell, including some bits that are not ready for release just yet and it really is as good as it gets.

Dodo products are very very clever and most importantly, fun to use!

I also totally agree with the fact that shipping is so much more for N.Ireland and its not right as we are part of the UK. I am on the same boat and would def buy if the shipping was at the right price:nice:
