do i need anything else beside's srings

That's an alignment issue. Bet you didn't get your tracking done after lowering the car?
All you need to do is get your tracking sorted once it's lowered and you won't ruin tyres.

I was really hoping someone would say thats the problem . Il put back on the old springs and get the tracking done and see how i go from there. Thanks

edit: would tracking have anything to do with car pulling to one side of the road

you mean springs would make a more noticeable difference to a ej9 and not a ek9 because a ek9 has more R&D
It's much more complicated but I think it might because of that reason. I have no numbers and research to back it up though, just an educated guess.

Tire wear and/or alignment or brake pad issue it seems to me if its pulling to one side.

Yeah your tracking/wheel alignment is out. Get this done and you'll see an improvement in handling also!

You will be very happy with the new ride height that the pro kits provide over what you have in the above picture.

Man that ride height is comical!

OP, if you can grab yourself a set of EK9 dampers, do so. Standard EJ9 damping will be weak as gnats piss, the EK9 dampers are better suited to typical lowering spring kit rates.
