We have Plain and slot disk in stock for EK9 for both front and rear, also with Z pad front and rear as well. Can ship it out via next day delivery.

Ordered a set full set of plain discs and Z pads formy dads DC2 a while back, he swore by them even though they only saw road use. The discs did see a lot of abuse and did start to crack towards the end of their life. But I would recommened this setup to anyone for road use or even track use.
 
Does anyone know if these guys are on a holiday or something?
I've been waiting for 1,5 months now to get my Dixcell discs and pads.They should've arrived with them around 9-10 April but i haven't heard from them again.My current brakes are getting worse every week so i really need them!

Got a response , it has been delayed another 2weeks AGAIN!
Will be waiting 2months IF they receive it beginning of may.

Seems like a hell to order something that haven't got in stock...
 
Sorry it had a small delay from Japan due to the problem over there but everything is ok now we should have the delivery very soon!
 
Haven't got any response to my e-mails about where my discs and pads are that SUPPOSED to get in early may. :angry:

Have you tried calling? Judging by your location I know it might be expensive calling them up but its cheaper than loosing £433.60.
 
tbh talking on here isnt going to help and dixon & co probably very rarely come on here.
like said before try calling them. i no there is alot of hatred towards this company on other forums but tbh, when me and my brother have bought from dixon was straight away and perfect.

I can call them yes but,... my english isn't that good and not even to mention it's going to cost me a lot of money calling to the UK.They've answered before true e-mail so it's an small effort to answer again true e-mail.Some people may have had a good experience when they bought something they had in stock but my experience hasn't been good so far.
I truly understand smalls delays and maybe they've been very busy and they can't reply to my e-mails.But a month without replying and 3 months of saying Every 2 weeks the shipment is coming in is just bad customer service.I don't know about other forums where they also might sell the brakes , i only know them from this forum which 'looked like a' great seller.If they don't respond true e-mail then i have to try drawing their attention true other media's.
 
For some reason I do not know about Dixon has been banned from using itr-dc2, so that is not good BUT i have used dixcel brakes for quite sometime now and have always used Dixon and had good experiences from him every time I have emailed/rang him. I would suggest ringing him instead of waiting for an email reply.

So how come they responded immediately true e-mail when i said i want my money back ?Anyway another 'promise' has been made that the discs were on their way to the UK.It's been a week now ,haven't heard anything yet but i'll keep on waiting.Unless it's going to take another month...
