Hey, I have my ek9 now for 4 months and the windows have been breaking my heart. The drivers side is'nt too bad but the passengers side is hopeless. Has anybody had problems with their windows.

Yes i get this all the time and so does a friend of mine in his DC2

Open your driver side door there shud be a cable leading into the door put your hand through and push the plug end towards the door, thats if its a electrical problem..

Also check the seals running up the door pillar from inside mine gets caught on that some times..

Might be your window regulators, does it struggle going up but then eventually goes up?

My EK9 has a similar problem drivers side is ok but the passenger side is so slow and sounds like its got some extra resistance going to check the seals are sitting correctly and that everything is nice and clean. Seems like a common problem.

lol is it a secret though?

could try cleaning where the window slides and spraying some sort of silicone spray in there?

Its a very common problem on these cars, best way to deal with it is to periodically lubricate the runners with a silicone based lubricant

omg i thought it was only me with slow windows. yeah that silcone seal spray is like £5 form halfords
