boss needed to fit dc2 steering wheel to ek9

Its not possible to do that mate, the dc2 wheel (i'll assume you mean a standard factory fitted wheel) comes as one piece, its not possible to fit an EK boss to it to fit it into a civic.

aw im gutted looks like my steering wheel i literally bought two days ago will be going up for sale :(

what spec whats urs ctrsam? my hub adaptor on the steering wheel is to small for the original ek9 one

I think you will find that Honda used a boss on back of the wheel held on with 4 allen keys.
I'll check in a bit.
I have a scrap ek9 wheel I could sell you so you could use the boss off it.

Are the bosses easy to come by dunk? Thats prob why people are changing the steering colums because they cant find a boss? Bit of a price difference between integra wheels to ek9s anytime ive seen them.

Sorry about the wrong info dude. I just heard of people changin the steering columns. My bad. Never had to look into tho :)

aw any help is good mate :) i love the look and have seen them in eks before so i knew there had to be someway as long as it didnt invlove massive costs lol as im already over budget on my shell haha

It wasnt really wrong info as such, just an option. If you got a boss tho for good money then its obviously the better option lol. Is it the non airbag wheel? 96 spec one?

Ok the oem ek9 has a removable boss. Also my old 99 ukdm dc2 oem Momo wheel also had the same setup.
So I say just stick the ek9 boss on the dc2 wheel. The dc2 wheel is the Momo SRS wheel?
Dunx

The SRS and Non SRS OEM Type R Wheels all have interchangable bosses so you can swap them around no probs. We probably have some bosses but is it SRS or Non SRS?
