I was trying to get one off PPW but he couldnt get his paypal working for some reason, so still waiting on that.
 
So after 10 months off the road it now has 12months tax and test! WOOP!!!

putting serious thought into immigrating to Canada or Australia / New Zealand. If i go to canada i will need the money, but if i head to australia i might try and store it for a few years. who knows. only really drive it on the weekends anyway. :confused:

I'd have a real good think about it if I were you mate. Sometimes these things can seem like a good idea but the reality of them is very different. We have a really good comfortable lifestyle here in the UK. Something that I've found hard to find anywhere else.
 
heads melted thinking about it tbh. alot of my good friends have already gone to oz and are living pretty comfortably working an adhoc schedule of several weeks on a few weeks off. They are paying more a month in taxes than i even earn! :(
 
Even though i may very well sell it at the end of the year im going to make this into the civic i've been wanting for years, stroked ek9 on volks with a BYS bumper, all be it a rep. :D
 
Car looks class lad, makes me want to start working on my ek4.

I would die if i had to sell my car after putting that much work into it, imagine coming home to an empty garage!

I was thinking to immigrating to Canada few years ago and i actually submiited all documents. But at the end i still decided to stay where i was born and raise. Close to all my family and friends plus i can keep all my belove cars!

Don't let a car get in the way of moving abroad. Go for it :nice:
 
Finally sorted out something that has annoyed me from day dot with my ek9.... The seating position! Being over 6 ft i always felt i was ontop of the car rather than in it, but thanks to K's circuit i've gained about 2 inches of headroom! :win:

more than likely be selling up at the end of the summer, just dont use the car enough to justify keeping it. :(
