:( update, looking the car over before i get it back on the road soon and noticed that when its up to temp there is a tiny pin sized leak in my rad, cant really see where as its in behind the fan shroud! Rage, going to have to remove it and see about getting it fixed or swap it out for another alloy rad?

Nice... too many leaks from mishimoto rads for me. Im running Koyo and Fluidyne rads now. I have an extra koyo half rad is you need one. lmk

Fudge, got the rad out today and got a good look at it and there is a pin hole leak at the bottom! SO going to look and see about getting it flushed, dipped and fixed. Or If i cant get someone to do that for a good price a new half width will be purchased. Probably get some new hoses too since i've it off...

Great to hear its all back together, shame about that radiator dude, but you seem right on the case :D

Happy for you mate :D :nice:

Just had the biggest urge to go for a full width rad and ditch the AC. But it would mean redoing the wire tuck on the Pass side! :(

go full width, it looks a million times better and more efficient :)

looking real fresh, good work dude :)

yea, thinking about it. Although i would have to move the lower mounts for the rad?

yeah, i ran a full width, moving the rad lower mount across and removing the A/C mount was a fairly quick job :nice:

i assume'd I would need to drill out the spot welds and re-weld the bracket in the new position. :-[

Coming along nicely now chunk, you have put alot of work into the car and looks to be paying of :D

Remember seeing it in omagh last year and looked immaculate.

UPDATE, got the new rad and hoses fitted. Had to fabricate a lil bracket for it as it sits lower than the oem bracket. started to fill it with fluids and then though lets just check it isn't leaking thinking my luck cant be that bad...

Well it was, fluid coming straight back out of the bung at the bottom, appears to have been put on crooked as whatever way i try to tighten it. It always ends up at a slight angle and will seep fluid. So whipped the gasket sealant outr and put that round it. Will try it with fluid tomorrow again and see how it fairs. :((
