Bit of a strange one

Hey guys,

I need your help. What I am looking for is basically a blanking plate for a passenger side door mirror of an EG Civic.

We can get them over here for our passenger side, but what I actually need is one for our driver side (i.e your passenger side), hence the reason why I need assistance from someone in the UK.

Here's an image showing you the part I mean (showing our passenger side/your driver side):

If anyone can assist me with this, it would be much appreciated

I've never seen or heard of one - would it be difficult to make one?

EDIT - I think it would be pretty easy to use something like this and then fiberglass over for a smooth fininsh:
