...How could someone do that and not leave a note or something?

Id be fuming if it were any of my cars.
 
argh some people! I think it looks repairable without having to replace the bumper though?
 
I know how you feel mate as same happend to me and it lookes like it was hit by a truck/van as the hole is concentrated in one place and hope it dosent bother you too much and get it sorted.
 
What a nightmare mate, report the incident to the police so they can create a log for it. you never know there may be local CCTV they can look at.

That's f***ing shocking man.. Actually does my head in when I see things like this. People clearly have no interest in car's or driving if they do this and walk away. Hopefully you manage to find out who the person was.
 
Police will likely want nowt to do with it if it was in a private car park. What scares me most is the number of drivers that don't know where all four corners of their car are when it comes to parking and driving through tight areas :(
 
Buddy, sorry about the ding. I was in California at the time of the ding, honest!

This is where "Insurance" becomes a mystery to me.
If you use Insurance to fix it, your rates go up. [then why have it, your at fault?]
If you don't use Insurance to fix the ding it will be out of your won pocket
Either way you pay for the kind gift, with Insurance you just pay more to have the ability to pay over time...wtf?

Ass holes with no respect for other peopls property... UGh they should be erased off the earth..

this happened to my dad and he spoke to the police, and actually your thread title is spot on it is classed as HIT and RUN... they eventually found the women after a shop owner said he saw who did it.. she got taken to court and fined £700 and then her insurnace had to pay out for it to be reparied.. i think she got 3 points actually..

so definately let them know as its actually quite a serious offence..

This is exactly why i choose my parking spots carefully and never park in some place i know some retard can hit my car!
