B18 Turbo EK - My car


wee update

cars been getting mapped again last week at SOS Motorsport, iv been far too busy with work and moving house (again) to even go down for a look until the weekend

went down on Saturday during the Sumo Rolling Road day, where the car was put on for a run. Started to misfire due to sparkplug issues, awaiting a better set arriving for the car, but heres one video

cars currently running 0.9 bar and is making 373bhp @ wheels (approx 430bhp @ flywheel) and 315 lb/ft torque (if i remember rightly)

The car was ran at 1.2 bar and made 392hp @ wheels (450 @ fly) before the sparkplug started playing funny buggers. Right at the nitty gritty with it now

Im going away on holiday on Wednesday for a fortnight, then will come back to the car fully complete with some other bits and bobs done while im away too (new distributor setup, rear arches rolled slightly for the wheels, bit of fresh paint in places (especially the enginebay, maybe even the rear interior), manifold re-wrapped with the Magma gold stuff, a wash :lol: )

figure the traction out from the video i last posted - thats 2nd gear. Need to get it out on a longer stretch of road for a better test.

Turbo starts spooling around 1800rpm if i remember rightly, but cant be 100% certain. Would need to see the graph etc
 
what when and where gav?

Up to now I have never liked green cars, but this works with the gold.. And that is possibly the longest spec list i have ever read..
