well as of last night i have no car as i was driving and then lost all power and rolled to a stop.

after gettin it bk home i checkd the plugs swapped them with a set i have spare still no fireing carried out a comp test all fine across all 4 bores.

i have then removed the top fuel pipe from the fuel filter houseing to the fuel rail and tryd turning over to see if any fuel was being forced out of the pipe to find no fuel was comin out of the pipe i then checkd that the fuel cut off switch wasnt out to find it bein ok i checkd the 15amp fuse at the side of the driver side fuse board

does any1 know if there is a relay as well for the fuel pump ?

or any over checks i can do

Check the main relay and I assume you tried the inertia switch located behind glove box

Which is the main relay ? And when u mean that switch u mean the one for the fuel cut off switch then yes I checked to see if that switch poped up

U mean from the prime pump under the rear seat on top of tank ? N no carnt hear it n swappd for anover but still did not fix

Is the main relay the one on the passenger side behind glove box ? If yes I have swapped it with one already

No codes showin on flash it's like sumthing stopping power to the pump but what and where does it take it's feed the fuel filter doesn't even have fuel in So must mean pump not pickin up and yes there is fuel in the tank

right managed to get car drivin now cuddnt fully find y it was not sendin feed to the pump so bridged a wire at the relay for ign live

I reread your initial post to this thread and reminded me of a time when I was driving long distance and the whole car mainly the electrical devices all shut off the engine stalled all within a second but just as quickly came back on.

I had no clue what had happened so I pressed on. I later read that my Honda Civic Gen came out with a recall on the ignition relay.

See if this helps you any?

1. NHTSA Campaign ID Number: 02V120000
Recall Date:
2002-05-16

Summary:
ON CERTAIN SEDANS, COUPES, HATCHBACKS, AND SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES, ELECTRICAL CONTACTS IN THE IGNITION SWITCH CAN DEGRADE DUE TO THE HIGH ELECTRICAL CURRENT PASSING THROUGH THE SWITCH WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STARTED.

Consequences:
WORN CONTACTS COULD CAUSE THE ENGINE TO STALL WITHOUT WARNING, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

well got it started in the end seem to had lost its ign power feed to the prime pump but cudnt find a break in the wire so just taken anover feed from the main relay problem solved lol as long as it runs im happy cheers for all your help every1 on this your the only set of people who actualy boverd to give advice and hlp out thank u for this
