Just wondering do any other members share this interest!
Been doing it myself for approx 20 years for mostly trout.

i had a go at it a few years back but never got the swing of it hah.. i used to fish for trout and the odd pike in the random lakes round my way..

tried it when i was younger, was **** at it though :p

id prefer a bit of bate fishing didnt really like recasting every few minutes.

yea I have done Fly fishing for about 15 years now. I love it! Fish for mostly trout aswell but I would take anything that came my way! lol :)

I'm very eager to catch my first Sea trout tho!!

do your research and you will be rewarded with a sea trout bud.

fished few lakes in Scotland myself...Lough Leven,Morton etc few years back.

good to see you other members have "wet a line" in other forms of fishing also, welll most of us do have a go in life at some stage or other.

fly fishing is the way to go thou, nothing beats a fit trout taking off when hooked and you feel everything right back to the rod.
and when the trout has v tec!.......even better :blabla:

if anybody is interested in swopping a few "killer" patterns drop me a pm :nice:

Not fly fishing but I do enjoy a spot of normal fishing myself!

I'd love to have a go at fly fishing... But I imagine it's hard!

A trout with vtec! lol

I will think of a few "killer" patterns and get back to you bud! Cheers:thanks:

so you fish the mighty Tweed then! lucky man.

craigmore isn't as good as it once was, kilgad is fishing well!!

keep the dries small, CDC is the best size 18-22 are killers!!
