'96 EK4 SiR ABS

So after a bit of driving in the rain I found out the car either doesn't have ABS or it's broken. Is there anyway of knowing if the car does or doesn't have it as standard? Hoping it doesn't.

Also, Rear Window De-Mister isn't working and thats supposed to be the same fuse as the ABS. #16 7.5a Unless someone knows otherwise.

If you have abs you will be able to see the abs pump mounted to the subframe below the master cylinder. It looks like a aluminium block with a load of brake pipes going in and out and has some wires going to it

Also, if its the stock cluster, you would have the ABS light placeholder on the down right corner like this one:

Well I definitely don't remember that flashing or lighting up so it's looking like I don't have ABS. I'll know for sure tomorrow.

Either that, or like a car I borrowed a couple of years ago, it had it fitted, but it doesn't work and the owner/previous owner removed the bulb because they're a 'reet dodgy bastid'.
