Hi mates, Currently setup is 242mm front (standart 1997 ej9). How can I keep 4x100 setup with 282mm disc .. Etc?

I m already bought itr calipers .. Can I keep my current hubs??

No, you need 262mm hubs off a "facelift" EK 1.4 or a 1.5 1.6 civic for the ITR calipers to bolt on if you want to remain 4x100. I learnt this the hard way. Civic EG hubs will work too that are 262mm.

Mg ZS discs will fit, thats what most people use when doing the conversion as there 4x100 282mm.

What's the difference between 262 facelift and 262 pre face front hubs?

EK coupé hubs are avaiable too :nice:

EJ9's in prefacelift came with 242's and you get a 1998 prefacelift which came with the facelift type front ARB and 262's, kinda a step in between pre-facelift and facelift.

There are no difference in 262's 1996-2000.

Thanks alot for the info mates : )! Where can I take my disk to be re drilled?

Easiest option is the Meister R big brake kit, straight fit from your 242s, dont even need to bleed your callipers! Had them on my civic, great quality and worked very well, felt better than my 282 prelude callipers which I had after..

Remember when changing to 282 callipers it is wise to change the master cylinder too otherwise pedal feel can feel very spongy and you may have a much longer pedal travel before bite.

i have the 282mm swap on my em1 and brake pedal is crap so im going to get a itr 1" MC and servo hopefully that should fix things

If I knew that its going to coast me that much I would buy Willwood brakes (2nd) instead of those! Already have itr 1" mc...

USDM Mini Cooper 2007 with 276mm Front Brakes.
276mm Rotor, 43mm Height (Not 47mm like the Type-R Hubs), 64mm Center Bore and 4x100.

Same can be done for the Rear from the same Mini Cooper.

Should be. Unless CTR's use the 98 Spec 36mm.
But that won't change the brake size.
If your running regular 4x100 Hubs you'll have a 64mm Center Bore and 32mm Axles.
