Anyone got this car? How does it handle compared to the ek9 ?

they look immense from the sounds of it handling would be similar but would be a little more quicker, go get one, you wont regret it, join up itr-dc2.com, there's loads of guys on there with them !!

The 2000 rx isnt any quicker mate. Everything is the same as far as the suspension/engine and looks. Some say that it has the CTR cam but no one seem's to be certain on this. The differences are in the interior....

EK9 steering wheel
RX pedal's
Folding mirror's
Pioneer stereo with 6 speakers or something

If anything it will be slightly slower because they are heavier because of the extra's but saying all that...it certainly is the most desireable of the tegs

i own a 2000 jdm rx

they have all the toys on them makes it slightly heavier.but its the same as the 98spec teg

keyless entry
blue faux carbon
power fold mirrors
metal pedals
tinted windows
6 speaker around the car
gathers cd/mini disc player
clock
airbags
abs
a/c

BE AWARE i noticed a thread over on itr dc2 forum recently theres a compnay selling a 98 spec teg as a 00 RX but its not,and it was a great price aswell,so just be carful make sure it has all the extras listed above then its a true rx
theres not as many 2000 jdm in the uk and there still holding a good price at the min,also its the very last on the dc2 model

the car looks ok depends hope cheap you are getting it

i hate all the things all over the dash,dials.the accelerator pedal is not a genuine honda one.the other 2 are tho.drives seats bolster is in need of repair,under the bonnet is manky look at how dirty the bonnet is aswell and the exhaust is awful
this is just my opinion but i have a mint RX and just pointing some things out that are letting that integra down.

IMO the EK9 and DC2 are tyhe same, just your opinion on whether you want a hatchback or a coupe.
Dosn't matter about power, you could just engine swap. Hatchback all the way, my vote... 9.

Power does matter at the real world, why do you want swap engine if you can just buy the Teg at cheaper price, that why I bought the ITRx 3 years ago.

At the end of the day, both car are top of it class, and total agree with whether you want hatchback or coupe, but have to say the 9 with a B18 or K20 would be a killer, please don't get me wrong, I love the 9, would px my dc5 for it anyday.

I think I might get a EJ6 or something, since I have a lot of EK9 stuff...
