hi guys im an apprentice mechanic and i have a project ej9 to work on till im 17. It running a b16a1 engine out of a crx, lightened and balanced fly wheel, uprated clutch, remapped ecu, 4-1 manifold and full stainless system. Been told the wheels are rotas and is sitting on coilovers, It has Dc2 recaros that need bolted in properly. I have recently bought rta's from an ek4 to convert it to discs all round, a new bumper and two new wings. My plans are to get a full respray and get dc2 rear interior along with a few other bits. heres a few pics..

at 16 all i had was a garage full of cars on my computer and a push bike.........Fair play for ACTUALLY having a car to work on for your 17th :p

Have you actually checked the cost of insurance yet :wtf:
 
hahaha well i have a job so this is what most of my wages are spent on, not that apprenticeship wage is very good anyway. And yeah ive had a quick look i think im gunna have to be put through one of my parents insurance.

Only problem with putting it on your mum or dads' policy is, will they believe your mum or dad drive a beast like this? :drive:
