££££££ how much... ££££££££


i had a quick calcualtion last nite on the bigger and new items ive put on recently and figure came to just over 11k, not including the rest of the stuff to finish my build lol they are money pits,id say steven has spend around 18-20k lol
 
Well. My first car, My old white ej9. About 8k in total (Y). lol

The SiR I've spent about £1500 on it so far. Not easy just turned 20 and being a student across the water lol.
 
I paid £2400 for my car.
Then over the last 18th months I reckon I've spent about £3000 on parts and getting it sprayed and a few hundred of that on repairs, and I've not even touched the engine. :lol:
Then about £2450 on insurance in that time. :angry2:

Money pit or what...?

Lets put it this way i could own atleast 6 more EK9 prefacelifts for the money i have put into mine.....

so far, my 9 has seen about 4k spent on it at least and more still to come :nice:

Got very good deals on some of the parts i've bought, but to date i've spent about 15k

New engine is costing me about 6k in parts

Car cost me £8600 4 years ago

Just back from a good drive out the road to go wakeboarding today, still makes me grin like a kid driving it :clap:
 
Everyones wallet is wilting in their pocket lol

Ive spent ~€12k on parts , being able to do all the work myself and gettin some major bargains has helped alot :)

probs 2k on upgrades and servicing. will be 3k probably within a few months lol
 
Including buying the car plus all the parts 10k+ :nono::eew:

But no more, fed up spending money on it.
 
I've spend about 1.5k i think, been out of work for a long time there so its due to rise soon! lol

I agree, I've spent £3800 on the car and about £4000 in mods over 3 years, minus £500-£600 of parts I've sold along the way. Dont regret the money spent one bit, I regret my latest venture with it, biggest mistake ever.
 
I have no idea how much i have spent. I bought alot of stuff in 2 months costing 2k but can't think what it would be over 4 years.
 
I took out a loan to pay for my car and thats the only debt im in at the mo, about 6k as i stands at the moment but have no credit cards or anything like that, hopefully the loan will help my credit rating!

Spent maybe 1k on the car so far all with my money. Saving for a hondata s300 and a remap at the moment :nice:
 
The last time I tallied up I'd sent about 7k on my old coupe, I was young and naive

good thread just to see how many others are in same boat as me lol spent enough to buy 3 or 4 integra's
 
Got my jordan for £4400 and spent about 2.5-3k on it. I have about 1.5k worth of parts to show, not sure what happened to the other 1.5k. I wish I could start again though, could have done much more with the money spent.
