    Which part of the exhaust you referring to? The ek9 and dc2 exhaust system consist of 5 parts 1. Exhaust manifold 2. Catalytic converter (cat for short) 3. Midpipe aka b pipe 4. Muffler aka end can aka back box

    All plugs or just 2? Black plugs are results of unburn fuel and running rich. Check if the plugs are sparking before anything.

    Something like a circle spring clip and yes they would not just slide out. Try a pry bar and give it a few nudge and it should release. If not barging then turn the drive shaft a quarter turn and try again.

    Honda thread pitch are usually 1.5 1.25 are usually used by Toyota. Did you buy an original Honda or OEM part? Part number for the original is 53010-S04-000

    Spoon calipers bolt replacement

    I not looking at cosmetic reasons to replace my bolts to stainless steel. As the bolts are all hex head bolts, my biggest concern is rust and the rounding of the hex head and seizure of the threads. As such on my thoughts for replacing ALL bolts big and small to stainless steel.

    Oh you were just referring to the pads retaining bolts but I was referring to all the other bolts on the caliper.

    Thanks for the info Steven. Cos I understand that stainless steel bolts are softer then the galvanized steel bolts that spoon uses. However having said that the torque value of the steel bolts on the caliper is about 30-32ftlb which makes me feel that the yield stress limit of the stainless...

    Why don't you just buy a small roll of oil resistance paper gasket and cut out the shape yourself? I know I'm using a brand name Flexoid that's made in England. Bought a small roll of 1.5mm thickness and cut it out myself.

    The iridium plugs are indeed longer lasting. Another reason that I thought was that they have a more stable and powerful sparking and will be good during high rpm. Other then that the normal plugs will do fine. Especially if you are running an external coil which will already provide a strog...
