yea I have the innovative 60A mounts and removed my torque mounts and no problems at all and its been like this for 7 months! good choice! :)
 
Now if you find too much engine movement (felt when you let off the gas for instance at high RPMs) you can always add one of those aftermarket piston type mounts up top.
