well those dents i think are stopping me from adjusting the ride height. I spent hours tonight trying to re-adjust the ride height, then hours later only to realise it must be those dents pointing inwards stopping me from adjusting it.

What you reckon people? This has totally screwed me over, bigtime.
im not happy at all. I've just contacted the seller.

the bottom part of the shock should unscrew from the rest of the shock body? at leats they did on my D2's,so possibly if you can undo the locking plates with a c spanner you should be able to remove the bottom part that goes into the lower arm,possinly able to sort the dent from the inside enough to allow it to go lower?

Yup, spot on. I my self cannot get it off, the dent has made it so tight.
They are comming off and getting sent off to Ohlins to be sorted out....
 
any difference pic of zero 1 & zero 2. i just got mine yesterday but didnt know it which model it was. it has a 5steps adjustment on top. does the zero1 has the 5steps adjustment on top?
