What could i make with this kit?

alryt mate i have an ek9 with b18c4 in it running 7psi of boost and its running around 300hp, i was going to go with the racetech kit but ended up making up my own one with individual parts for a fraction of the price.:) i would imagine your engine would be ok at 6-7 psi of boost, what type of milage is on your car? as long as your car is mapped corectly it will be ok as a daily driver as these honda engines are realy strong.:)

You'll need other bits aside from what race tech offers like uprated fuel pump and bigger injectors. Looks like a decent kit all in money wise but never seen one close up to see the quality of the parts.

I had that kit on my old c4 eg, it was pretty awesome. Good power gains, amazing quality and faultless reliability.
Id personally flog your C6 and put the money towards a c4 swap. My mate got an mb6 with 70k on the clock for £500, that would leave you with around £1000 to put towards your turbo kit if you got good money for your old swap

Then theres the cost of an engine swap? i wouldn't be doing it somebody else would

i have done b18c b18c5 b18c and all made over 300 on 10psi you need to know more on how much power are you trying to make

Most B-series engines can handle running up to 300whp safely at whatever psi it takes to get there weather it be 5psi or 15psi.

yeah i met a bloke with a race-tec kit on his b16a2 the other week, reckoned he was running 300bhp on stock internals, said he had for 15,000 miles...

250-300 with a good map it all about the map that great kit aswell nothing but good things you would hear

Would this kit be ok for a ek9 also what other mods will I need to get it to run right.

This is correct, my friend Neil has the Boosted Jordan on the race tech kit page on their website, he's running 320 on the fly on a completely stock A2, had it for a damn while now too.
Another friend running one of these kits has got 350 @ the fly on a B18C4 running fine.
Goes like stink!

My b18c4 is stock, boosted, mapped by Marc @ Racetech, made 340 @fly, its been 100% reliable for a year and is a ballistic missle

Looks like quite a good set up, if your going to spend the coin you may as well go with a full race kit and never look back.

Yea been looking at the full race kits too but they are alot more money. :nerv:

Go-autoworks is very good and excellent value for money. You won't go wrong with them... Full race are excellent, but for the likes of me or you building a street car in the uk I'd pass on them and put your trust in Go-autoworks.
