Warning: Toyo Tyres!

Wow thanks for that, my mate bought some R888's for our track car and they are kept in his garage. Not been too warm last few nights so I sent him the text

i dont have Adobe reader....can u give me an idea of whats it about?

download adobe.

it just says don't store the tires at or below 0degC as they can crack. Driving on them can cause them to suddenly fail etc.

I was now about to see if i could find R1Rs but do u guys know if i could use those for daily use? I currently use T1Rs but my car spinns them like nothing...so i wanted something a little more sticky....that i can use every day.

To sad for a company like toyo to have faulty products like these.. So what happens if you have them on your car and suddenly at night it begins to snow?? This announcement is meant for all 888, r1r and ra1 tyres or some special part production?

The tyres are not faulty, its Toyo covering themselves insurance wise. If you leave your tyres in long cold storage (months!), still blown up to max psi then you will get problems! If they are in your garage, store them off the ground (cardboard etc), deflate them a touch & cover them (dust sheet etc).
