That is just the upstairs work shop for TYPE One, there is a downstairs one too with a "clean room" for building engines...and it has a car elevator. Down the road is the Spoon Sports office, R&D and parts warehouse (picture with the cr-z and dc2 and the ef in the window) which is pretty big.
