Hi, just wondering what kits are out there that are the most compact, mainly the smallest exhaust manifold as space is limited (engine not in a civic) I understand the turbonetics manifold is quite small, is there anything more compact?

What is it going in and are you looking for a kit with an equal length tubular or log manifold?

A/c compatible manifold is probabley your best bet, or some sort of log manifold if you not to worried about performance. I very nearly poked a b16 into the front of a r5 gt turbo

rs25nut is correct, a/c friendly ramhorn would be most compact manifold u still make big power on, also the cast SS inline pro manifold. Stay away from turbonetics manifold, its a RevHard unit which is garbage!!! Another good manifold is Meutek if you can still find them.

Sorry didn't realise I had replies to this thread, engine is in a metro! :) Thanks for the replies i'll do some searching :) how is the pfab manifold rated that looks quite compact?

lol, engine is in a metro... Whats this world coming to...

People have been fitting b16's to minis for years so why not for a metro, a guy local to me has a 400hp metro, super sick sleeper.

love it, b16 turbo metro please tell me its beige and looks stock. If carlsberg made sleepers

Lol, yes it's a sleeper, looks standard apart from it has a set of wheels on it (I have just bought some wide steels though) and it has upgraded brakes/suspension. It upset a leon cupra r and lotus elise before I got it and before the itb's/ecu went on so should be slightly better when mapped :) Just need a box of tissues and a flat cap for the parcel shelf and I'm sorted :)

Nice one, I want to see this in action! This is my cup of tea, a car that does not look but delivers, exactly the opposite of all the 1.0 corsas on 17'' wheels I see every day!

My car has a cassette holder, power steering and air con weren't really an option on a 90's metro lol, nice conversion though :)

Get some pics up mate sounds good reminds me of the good old days i had a metro mg turbo i used the engine for my mini turbo that was a quick little car in its day cant think how fast a b16 turbo would be in a car as light as that
