Bump for some of the best parts i've seen on here! Holy sh!t if only I had the money! GLWS.

GLWS,

You do need to create a reputation thread to sale. Please create one by the end of today.

Thanks

Ian

ijwhiteman, surely these cams would work with your compression? :DD

Hmmm not helping!!! Was actually about to chane my intake set up so I could sell my

AEM V2
Skunk 2 intake
BDL throttle body....

Question as I know f all about throttle bodies can I run them as they are in this thread? What sort of filter do use?

A lot of people run them without filters but I'd use some Pipercross trumpet socks as they are used in the BTCC etc.

Your 9 would be even crazier with they ITB's and would certainly help with the air flow issues :D.

And GLWS great parts.

Run them with the socks so you get an idea of how your car performs with the itbs, and when you get some money, go for a Pipercross 600 series intake box, then plug a k&n filter or a foam one, and you will have an awesome intake, not facing the firewall.

And if you combine this with the killers... no words.

ijwhiteman do it...!!! Would be an anti-christ , with the right manifold of course lol.

Great parts :D GLWTS .!

Out of interest what is the diameter of the throttles ?

We had one of the 205's mapped with a 600 series airbox, mapped it without, then again with and lost 10bhp.....

but is a 205 intake on the front of the head ? cos that makes a big difference i.e no hot air

It is on the front yes, it was tried on dads road rally car to try and cut down intake noise, which it did, but lost 10bhp not just at peak but everywhere. On a b series id be more tempted to run a conventional filter and make an airbox around it with a scoop on the bonnet.
