Think it's time to part with the ek9 it's just not getting used enough and taking up much needed space .I love this car but having my golf gt tdi as a daily is just more convenient than the civic and I don't have to worry about messing the recaros up or putting aload of miles on it . I'd love to keep it as a weekend car but insurance on two cars at 21 is a little too much .
 
Thats a shame man but if your not using it then you might as well sell it :(

It is a hard decision and im not going to rush into selling it cheaper than I think it's worth . I know it's a bad time to sell and I'm not breaking it I'm sure it will sell . Would much rather someone off here had it than it go to somebody who will ruin the condition it's in .

I like that way of thinking mate :) It definitely will sell, I do agree insurance is just a nightmare these days even with an EK/1.0 fiesta or something it still costs a fortune. Wish you all the best with the sale bro :)
 
Its a tough decision to sell a car you love but if it isnt being used then may as well go to another honda lover with the intention of putting love and care into one of these :).

I'd love to keep it but like alot of you say theres no Point if I'm not using it .
 
Mate your be making a big mistake I sold mine and now miss it so much. I'm defenatly going to get another with out a shadow of a doubt. Sell your tdi golf. Glwts how much are u going to ask for it.
 
The golf is just all round more convenient , newer , better on fuel and working in a vw specialist parts are cheap . No doubt i will miss it mate but it just needs to go . Don't know yet will see why you want it ? :)
 
Sometimes you just have to do what is more practical which sucks!
 
Yea I know mate I'd love to use it every day but I like to keep it mint and I know people think it's just a civic but we all know they are more than just a civic .
 
Sad to hear this mate, Since you can get cheap vw parts, sell the golf tdi and the ek9 and get a golf gti :D just my opinion though...
 
This is definitely an option to buy a mk5 gti .The only thing is the insurance not that iv done a quote but i can only imagine it would be expensive something to look into maybe

Hmm not sure about that because EK9 is an import car and a GTi isn't an import. Import car's insurance tend to be more expensive than non imports... Best to get quotes and see :)
